Refund policy

All items sold on THE IVORY RUE are part of the secondary resale market and are sold as described.

Due to the nature of resale, returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing concerns.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item received is materially different from the description or arrives damaged beyond what was disclosed.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with relevant details and supporting photos.

Approved returns must be sent back in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

THE IVORY RUE reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
